We are looking for experienced caregivers (CNA or PCT license preferred) who are well skilled in positioning techniques as well as overall patient care for our total care patient. Caregiver will work along side an RN to provide the best 1-1 care for a total care patient. They will provide excellent, hands on care for the patient in the comfort of their home. The home is environment is set up to create the experience of working in a rehab unit. We are looking for strong caregivers who are carefully skilled with repositioning techniques, help with therapy appointments, ADLs, patient laundry and light cleaning. Requirements: -minimum 5 years experience -any LTAC or REHAB experience is preferred -flexible availability (12 hours shifts, 7am-7 p.m. or 7pm-7am) -positive attitude -team player -comfortable with dogs preferred
