About who needs care: Dementia starting Alcoholism Smoker COPD Needs help taking morning meds and night meds. Gets a meal at least once a day and a ride here and there to the bank. About the care needs: Kind and not pushy, but understands that he has low and up days. He has dementia starting. He is making poor decisions about his money. He is not recovering from any surgeries. Has a home health nurse and physical therapist that visits weekly. We are looking for someone to bring in a meal a day and visit with him for an hour or so and could possibly be on call for emergencies. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
