About the job

Need 7 days/week split between two caregivers. Requires assistance with mobility and 20-50% assistance with all activities of daily living following a stroke. Improving every day. Transportation for appointments and errands. Have ability to provide a fair amount of support from wheelchair to bed/toilet/shower chair/car. Capable of showering and toileting, but needs help getting there safely. Be open to helping ensure she cleans well at first, but this should not be necessary later. Position requires cooking. Ideal day: shower, morning coffee, feed the outdoor kitties. Watch a lot of TV and listen to audiobooks. Privacy with some light companionship. Enjoys alone time. If feeling well, likes to go to a nearby nursery or Walmart garden section. Afternoon nap and then dinner and jammies.
