About who needs care: Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue and POTS, also exhibiting neurologic symptoms and dysautonomia. Works from home but struggles to get through the day, in particular personal care tasks, including preparing meals. Some days are better than others, but is always in significant pain, tires very easily, has brain fog. The last several months have been particularly difficult, but recently started infusions of Remicade and it's too early to know if that will help. About the care needs: * Patient * Clear communicator * Flexible with household tasks * Able to make decisions independently about the home environment while respecting the wishes of the client -- we're not looking to exacerbate any decision fatigue. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
