Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Inner SE Portland

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in inner SE Portland-he has moderately severe dementia. He is able to get around independently but is a little unstable on his feet. He needs help with taking his medications twice a day. One of your responsibilities may be helping with bathing. He needs help with toileting. We're looking for some help preparing meals and making sure he eats. He enjoys listening to music. We're looking for someone to provide companionship and take him for slow neighborhood walks, weather permitting. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and will be kind and patient.
