Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Solon

About the job

My mother lives in Solon, Ohio at an Assisted Living facility. She is in her later stages of dementia and needs hands on support to assist with transferring, washing, toileting and eating. I have a small team of private aides supporting my mother 7 days a week. Her private aides have been with her for a long time. One of them had personal matters to focus on which now leaves a hole in the scheduling that needs to be filled My mother is very caring and sweet person - always being concerned about others. She loves music and sings. Mom also loves conversation and being with people (but not in noisy places). She does get very anxious at times and struggles to express herself. She also experiences sundowning which often requires patients to manage.
