Looking For Care For 76 Year Old Mom

Looking for care for my 76-year-old mother that just got out of nursing facility. Needs help with transferring, toileting, and various little tasks -- but once she's out of bed and into her wheelchair she likes to be a bit more independent. Right now she's not able to stand on her own so we have been utilizing a transfer board to get her from bed to chair, etc. I am looking for someone to care for her between 130p and 1030p while I am at work. She will need help with meal prep, med reminders, encouragement to do leg exercises PT gives her (as she cannot stand like she used to), toileting (some ostomy care, she can usually handle that on her own as long as she has the supplies in her reach), and just companionship. Looking to hire for different shifts. Mainly need someone to care for her from 130p-1030p while I'm at work.
