About who needs care: Late stage Alzheimer's, very mobile, wears diapers, speech is random, better some days than others. Needing help with diaper changes, showers, mental stimulation and exercise. It is very easy to make him smile and laugh. He is very strong, requires a physically strong person to care for him. He is a fall risk, flight risk and choke hazard to random objects. Looking for someone with upbeat positivity and experience, especially in incontinence and a lot of energy to keep up with him. About the care needs: Go getter, likes to keep a clean environment, not afraid to show us better ways of providing care, sense of humor, likes to sing/dance?
