Requirements & Qualifications • Previous experience as a Caregiver/Nanny/Home Health Aide (preferred but not always required) • Genuine passion for helping elderly or disabled individuals • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, assisting, standing for long periods) • Must be trustworthy, punctual, and responsible • Knowledge of basic first aid or certification in CPR is a plus • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
