He can also use help with his tv remote and phone. Someone goodnatured, who needs not be a professional - a grad student or stay-at-home parent with extra time on their hands midday could be ideal. Timing is negotiable and can vary, but looking for someone who can come with regularity during the week for a couple hours each time.
