Companionship Care Needed For My Mother In New York

About who needs care: Looking for a part-time caregiver for my mother. She is 73, and has mild dementia. She is completely mobile and is able to take care of herself, for the most part. I am looking for someone who is able to give her some companionship, take her for a short walk, and such. Looking for a 2-hour engagement, 3 times a week (to start with). About the care needs: Someone who speaks any of these (east) Indian languages - Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi - as my mother is not very fluent in English (although she understands very well). Someone who is caring and understanding. If the caregiver has previously experienced dealing with people with dementia, it certainly will help (... although not mandatory). Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
