He does best with calm, patient support and clear routines. The caregiver would mainly help with transportation and gentle support. About the care needs: Looking for a patient, calm, and reliable caregiver with experience supporting people with autism or intellectual disabilities. Japanese-speaking or bilingual (English/Japanese) caregivers are very welcome. Main duties include transportation and gentle support.
