Seeking a reliable, gentle caregiver with dementia and bed-bound patient experience. My aunt, 89, is in advanced dementia, mostly non-verbal, sweet, and pleasant. She enjoys smiling and singing but may resist bathing/changing; patience helps ease this. Duties: Full care (bathing, hygiene, dressing, diapering), preparing/feeding meals, guiding snacks, offering stimulation (talking, singing, music, TV), laundry (bedding, gowns), light housekeeping. Schedule: Weekends, sleep-in. Continuous presence required, but active care mainly 9am-8pm; nights are quiet with only emergency readiness. Flexible exchange days with other caregiver. Pay: $200-225/day. Recurring 2-3 days per weekend. Consistency, kindness, and attentiveness are top priority.
