Seeking a reliable, proactive caregiver for a warm, cooperative woman with moderate dementia and hearing loss. She needs hands-on help with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal support, hydration, and clear step-by-step communication. Caregivers must guide her through simple PT exercises and maintain a clean, organized environment. This is not a companionship role. During rest periods, caregivers complete light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and supply organization. No phone use or idle sitting. Must be calm, attentive, physically capable, and consistent.
