About who needs care: Memory issues and confusion, resulting in the loss of her loss of her drivers license. Her short term memory is getting very concerning. She doesn't like to and will not cook for herself. She loves crafting of all kinds. She would enjoy trips out of the house to eat out once in a while or to go shopping. She needs rides to appointments. Getting out of the house and to church and ministries are the most important thing to mom. She needs help checking foods for outdated and making shopping list so she doesn't over buy item she already has. About the care needs: . Likes to have fun and active . No . card making, crafting in general, active in church and prayerful. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
