About who needs care: C5 quadriplegic that needs bowel program every other day. And I work six days a week very early Right now I have a current AIDE that gets in at 3:30a and she's home by 7:30a everyday. Every other day is even shorter. She's usually here an hour. Maybe an hour and a half. About the care needs: Should know how to do a bowl program on a quadriplegic. If not, we're willing to train. This is not a pleasant procedure but it has to be done every other day. I'm very easy to get along with easy going we're looking for people we can trust and we treat them close to family. I would definitely need an early bird, somebody that's very, very dependable since I do work every day. Hoping that somebody with a decent attitude, extremely trust really, and somewhat flexed at times, But 99% of the time you would just have a structured set time every day. And he ate i've ever had they always carried a second job they could work here and leave to their second job right away, I am also very flexible on time as long as i'm at work early. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
