Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In La Salle

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting. Medication management is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Please have experience assisting with feeding. My grandfather is on hospice. He had COPD. He is still somewhat mobile, but is progressing quickly. We need someone to stay with him while my sister and I are at work. My grandmother has dementia and cannot care for him. She is also in the home. His nurse says he will need to be changes every 2 hours, bathed and someone to watch over him. He will be bed bound soon. He barely eats, and is sleeping more and more every day.
