About who needs care: Female with advanced Parkinson's Disease, mostly dependent, requiring assistance with daily living activities such as feeding, oral care, toileting, transferring, bathing, range of motion, and giving oral meds. About the care needs: Looking for a reliable worker with reliable transportation with good communication skills who is able to help cover hours where they are needed. Organized, timely, preferably experienced. Willing to work as a team to figure out a schedule. Need help primarily on Friday evenings and all day Sundays, and (lower priority) Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-11:30 a.m. Services needed include: Primarily responsible for the activities of daily living of the patient, then light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, making the bed, and taking out the trash.
