About who needs care: My mom was recently diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer's disease and mixed vascular dementia. She needs assistance walking distances. She is an herbalist, a cook, an artist and is very social. An ideal day after my mom's morning coffee routine, would be to get outside for an exercise, running errands and social activities. In the evening, assistance with cooking and other hobbies would be ideal. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would be very social and enjoy keeping a conversation going. My mom likes to talk a lot, so the ideal person would be okay with it. My mom loves cats, bees, chickens, food and herbs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
