Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Portland

About who needs care: My father just died and helped provide supervision for my mother. My mother has had 2 TBIs and has aphasia as a result of her head injuries. Her comprehension is good. She walks with the assistance of a cane. She needs supervision when taking a shower and perhaps in the evening around her evening meal. She receives home health services (OT, PT, ST) in the day and therefore has eyes on her. So we are only looking for an hour or so in the evenings. May not even need daily. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
