About who needs care: Seeking a reliable, discreet household/personal assistant for a private home in the Midcoast area. Tasks include: light cleaning and tidying, laundry, organizing household items and paperwork, simple meal prep, pharmacy and grocery pick-ups, and occasional errands/appointments. You must: Be comfortable working around an older adult in the home. Be calm, professional, and able to take initiative without constant direction. Have reliable transportation and good boundaries/confidentiality. Schedule: 2-3 visits per week, mostly weekdays, flexible daytime hours (about 10-15 hrs/week).
