About who needs care: Care Companion Needed Chinese & English Speaking We are seeking a compassionate Chinese-speaking companion (also fluent in English) to support a vibrant 70-year-old woman in Clarksville. She is extremely intelligent, fully ambulatory, and physically healthy, but experiences cognitive impairment and benefits greatly from having a caring presence nearby. About the Role - Provide companionship and gentle guidance to ensure safety, especially as she may wander without supervision. - Offer patience and understanding in managing dementia-related behaviors and short-term memory challenges. - Occasionally drive her to errands and medical appointments. - Flexible hours available depending on your schedule. Qualifications - Fluency in Chinese is required (English fluency also needed). - Experience with dementia care and a calm, empathetic approach. - Prior work with a home care agency preferred. - Must be reliable, patient, and able to adapt to various situations.
