Caregiver Needed For Adult With Disabilites In Belmont

Home-based Caregivers needed for a 29-year-old woman with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and epilepsy in Belmont for Saturday (12pm-9pm) and/or Sunday (12pm-9pm) for two weekends per month. This is a long-term position with potential for additional shifts. Looking for candidates with behavioral experience with children and/or adults with disabilities (ABA level experience is a plus); Need to be comfortable with person having seizures; Be kind and passionate about helping people with disabilities; Be able to initiate and follow-through with transitioning to a non-preferred task. You will need to provide assistance with basic nightly and morning routines (dressing, grooming, personal hygiene); Give medications; watch for seizures, administer seizure protocol.
