Seeking Senior Care Provider In Chicago (6 Hours A Week)

My grandmother is 84 and lives alone in an apartment in Chicago. I visit 1-2 times per week but as she is getting older, I could use extra support. She is pretty self sufficient but could use some extra company as well as help with weekly errands (groceries, garbage, mail). I think 2-3 hour visits 2-3 times a week would be ideal for what we need. I am looking for someone that is familiar with working with seniors. Services needed may include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and companionship.
