About who needs care: My father, age 78 is mostly paralyzed with limited mobility with some use of hands. He needs care on the weekends and also when his current caregiver were to be ill or have to take time off. Are you able to assist with, meal prep and serving to him ( he can use utensils to eat), clean and bathe him in bed, change his diapers as needed, and give medications from a dispenser and eye drops? He would need someone round the clock if this circumstance would arise. Please let me know. About the care needs: Someone that can lift a large immobile man. Someone that is skilled with a Hoyer lift. Someone that can cook and knows perfect English. Someone than can get him in and out of wheelchairs and accompany to doctors appointments occasionally. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
