Middle stage On BP med and inhaler needs these to be given to him each time Homebound Will not shower.. needs encouragement for hygiene Smokes 1/2 pack daily and is not to be pushed to quit, to avoid anxiety. He can make toast and coffee. Often will not eat anything if he is alone About the care needs: Someone who is bright, patient, calm easygoing Needs some training for Alzheimers care Must be able to give inhaler and bp med + vitamins Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
