Part Time Caregiver For Elderly Man

Hello! I'm looking for a caregiver for my grandfather who has cerebral palsy, for a minimum of 3 days a week for 3 hours. I live with him and my grandmother, but I work 2 jobs and only help at night. It's difficult for my grandmother to get him out of bed on her own. He needs a quick bed bath and transferring from bed to his wheelchair. He also needs occasional drinking reminders and encouragement to eat a healthy breakfast/snack. He loves cars/boats and telling stories about his life. He is a very great listener and is always interested in someone else's life!
