Jean is 91 and had a fall/stroke in May of 2022. Her condition has deteriorated to being bed bound, transfer to wheelchair by Hoyer lift. She is incontinent and needs to be fed. Her husband Richard is 92 and has mild dementia but mostly takes care of himself, except for meal prep and medication reminders. They have a dog, a 5-year-old Husky, who will need to be walked. A typical day includes preparing dinner, turning, changing and feeding Jean, light housekeeping and walking the dog. We are looking for a caregiver who has experience with dementia, bed-bound care and Hoyer lift. Being a good cook would be a plus. The family includes a fairly energetic 5-year-old Husky.
