About who needs care: My father has dementia and is a diabetic. He seems to have been getting wores over the last few months. My brother is the one that takes care of him, but he has no in home care. He will need assistance in getting him to test and take his insulin, preparing meals, showering and putting on his diaper. He does not have any hobbies. He just sits at home and watches tv. About the care needs: Someone who could possibly work with his mobility as well as assisitng him in administering his meds. Someone who is patient and maybe can converse with him. Help to stimulate his brain. All he does is watch tv all day. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
