Care Taker/driver For 74 Yo Female Dialysis Patient MON & FRI

Hi! Seeking care taker to pick my mom up from dialysis about a mile from her home. She is in a wheelchair. She will need to be picked up and taken home. There is a ramp to roll her up. Some muscle required. I can do it, we can test. She has an electric wheelchair as well you can use with her. When she gets home there are premade meals she will need heated up and served, her meds and possible help putting on pjs. She gets in bed around 10 p.m. That's all and some nights you will leave early with same pay. If possible some days I work and may need assistance with dropping her off at 5:00 p.m. at dialysis. Those are rare occasions, but would be helpful- not required! Thank you!
