I'm looking for 2 live-in home care givers (1 for 4 days and 1 for 3 days) for my mother in her late 80s who is largely bed bound but needs assistance to the commode and walking short distances with a walker. Among responsibilities: Diaper changes, Medication administration, G-Tube management and feeding, guiding through PT exercises, minimal food prep/heating, changing clothes and bathing/hair washing. She sits in the wheelchair for hours in an and outside and enjoys some companionship. Some light tidying up and laundry is involved. Sleep hours may be interrupted 1-2x per night for medication administration and commode use. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Experience with G-tube and as a CNA a plus.
