About who needs care: This would be temporary and mostly checking in and being sure he's eaten, clean and taken his meds and to know someone cares as his entire family lives out of state and he has always lived with his mom and dad whom have both passed away. TBD regarding behavioral. We are awaiting medical records and or an evaluation for his living arrangements whether it be in-home care or group home that is needed. He needs direction and patience on cleaning up after himself. He is disabled mentally and socially with severe anxiety around people yet can't be alone and does not like being alone. About the care needs: he was recently discharged to go home after breathing problems and severe depression. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
