What We're Looking For We're hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals who meet the following: Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience Strong knowledge of standard, deep, and move-out cleaning Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Existing clients or your own book of business preferred Excellent communication and time management skills Respectful and professional demeanor with clients and team members Commitment to quality, punctuality, and integrity on every job We do not tolerate poor communication, late arrivals, or lack of effort. You represent our brand when on-site, and we expect every job to be completed with excellence.
