Hi there! Im looking for a monthly house cleaning service for my home in Carroll County, MD. The area that needs cleaning is about 3, 000 square feet spread across three levels, with 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room. Im interested in a basic monthly cleaning, which would include: -Vacuuming and mopping floors -Dusting throughout the home (including baseboards and window sills as needed) -Cleaning all bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors) -Wiping down kitchen counters and exterior surfaces of appliances No deep cleaning or add-ons needed at this time, just regular upkeep once a month to keep things fresh and tidy :) Please let me know: -Your monthly rate or hourly rate and estimated total time per visit -Whether you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment -If youre insured and bonded -What your availability
