Searching for a great and consistent house cleaner. Duties would rotate by week. Linen change, bathrooms, bedrooms, other rooms, and kitchen weekly. Other duties like dusting, baseboards, high/low, oven cleaning, fridge, etc. would be bi-weekly. We would like someone that learns our home and where things go so they could place things back. Laundry would be on a case by case basis but we would like the option for someone to fold only. If you have great organizational skills and have suggestions on how to better organize and/or open to assisting in home organizational projects (hours paid, of course) that would be great. The 4BR/3. 5BA. One BR is occupied by a rabbit. Wr are looking for a person for a long-term partnership, not just a "job" to completed. Must-have: reliable transportation, self-motivated, organized, and positive attitude.
