Disabled 60 y. o. man seeking skilled help w/ basic cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen assistance, laundry, etc.. I am in a wheelchair, and still very active. Punctuality, dependability, and ambition are appreciated and vital. The same will be expected from me as I do not wish to waste your time. Some English is helpful. Ideal applicant must be patient and thoughtful, with attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions. Thorough work is recognized. Please have ability to lift 50#. Pay is commensurate to experience and enthusiasm. Other work is available such as touch-up painting for the right person. Please provide list of qualifications. References required upon request. At present I need someone available for just three to four hours once or twice a week. I can usually work my schedule around yours (Flex hours).
