Looking for a kind, reliable home helper/organizer to support myself and my parents who are in their 70s with decluttering, cleaning, and creating simple, sustainable systems. We love our home, but it has not been kept up properly and we hope to find someone who is not judgmental as my mom carries a lot of shame because of the messiness and also struggles with ADHD. This role is mostly independent--tackling projects like bookshelves, dusting, organizing closets, or tidying up--with us nearby to answer questions. We'd love to build up to 2-3 visits per week or possibly more (schedule can be flexible). We're also hoping for someone who takes initiative--can notice what needs doing and help keep the house running smoothly. Must be dog-friendly (we have a young golden retriever who is very sweet but excitable).
