This is a hybrid role that blends housekeeping with household organization. While the primary focus will be on housekeeping, the family is also looking for someone who can bring strong systems of organization, create structure, and help plan the household's day-to-day life. The role requires attention to detail, pride in maintaining a well-run home, discretion, and flexibility to step in where needed. Responsibilities will include hands-on housekeeping, laundry and upkeep, running errands, grocery and supply management, and seasonal/event decorating. In addition, the role will encompass organizational and household management tasks such as setting up systems for storage and paperwork, planning and supporting events or family gatherings, managing vendors, overseeing household guests, and coordinating gifting and mailings.
