Part Time Help With 6-month Old

My husband and I are looking for part-time help during the week with our 6-month-old. Were in the Green Lake / Phinney area and both work from home, so we'd love someone who can be here during the day while we're around. Daycare doesn't feel like the right fit for us right now, but we also don't need a full-time, traditional nanny setup. Because were home and involved, this can be a lighter childcare role. It would be perfect for a student, someone with a flexible schedule, or anyone looking for consistent hours in a calm, low-pressure environment. There's also space to work on your own projects when the baby is napping or we're between hands-on needs. We're open to conversations around hours, responsibilities, and pay. We're just hoping to find someone kind, flexible, and trustworthy who wants a regular part-time arrangement.
