Looking For A House Helper To Assist Our Family With A Variety Of Tasks

We're a busy family of 4 plus a dog and we're looking for someone to regularly help with cooking (we can provide direction/recipes but open to your ideas too!), meal prep, cleaning, grocery pick-up, dog walking and other errands. Our kids are 12 and 8 years old so we don't need much help with childcare but may ask for help with pick-up and providing snacks. Our ideal schedule would be someone who comes 4-5 weekdays/week, 3-6 p.m. A typical day would include washing dishes, tidying the kitchen and common areas, cooking/meal prep and errands. Weekly tasks would be vacuuming, dusting, cleaning out the fridge, laundry. Example of less frequent tasks would be cleaning cars and taking stuff to Goodwill.
