The Effortless Home is recruiting a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Mothers Helper (Split Shift) to support a busy family with school-age children. This role averages 15 hours/week, Tues, Thurs, Fri, with 2 hours in the morning (roughly 6:30-8:30 AM) to get kids prepped and out the door. Breakfast, lunch/bag readiness, gear checks, and a quick kitchen reset and 3 hours in the afternoon/evening (about 4:00-7:00 PM) for school pickups, driving to practices/appointments, light tidying and organization, laundry (wash/fold/put away), simple meal prep, and occasional errands. The ideal candidate is calm, proactive, tech-savvy (confident with shared calendars, group texts, and apps), highly organized, and understands what it means to function as an extension of the family anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and following through .
