Ballard Nanny For 2&7 Year Old Girls With Special Needs

We are looking for a great nanny for our two girls (2 and 7) with experience caring for children with special needs. We are primarily looking for after-school and early evening support, 30-40 hours per week depending on your preferences. We're looking for 30 hours per week for pick-ups and childcare, but could increase the weekly hours to 40 hours per week if you're interested in light housework as well (laundry, tidying, perhaps meal prep). Our oldest is diagnosed with ADHD and both girls require care from someone accustomed to looking after children with attention issues, hyperactivity, and impulsive behavior. Both girls love coloring, music, dancing, playing outside and reading. We live right by two playgrounds, so the outdoors are always accessible to get some energy out!
