Looking For A Nanny And Housekeeper For Two Sweet Little Boys

We are looking for a kind, trustworthy nanny to help get our two kids (8M, 3Y) ready and get to daycare/preschool each weekday morning (7-8:45) and then come back to our house and do housekeeping (8:45-11am--would also be happy to go to 12 for someone seeking more hours). We are a family of 5 with two working parents with demanding jobs so ideally looking for someone to both do drop off and clean the house while we're at work (not just light tidying up/organizing). A Spanish-speaking care giver would be ideal but it's not a hard requirement. Someone kind and patient who loves kids is most important. The kids need someone who will play with them and help them get ready for school. We have a car that the care giver would be able to use for drop offs. We have no pets
