Seeking Experienced, Reliable Nanny For 40+ Hours/week For Nanny Share

We are two families located in the Ballard area looking for full time care for our two children, each under 6 months old (baby 1 born 1/24/24, baby 2 born 2/23/24). We are hoping to find a reliable and trustworthy nanny with 5+ years experience that will remain with our families long term, supporting the growth and nurturing of our children. Start date for care for each child would be staggered based on parental return to work dates.. Baby 1 will need care beginning May 28, 2024 and baby 2 would need care in late July or early August (exact date TBC). Care would be split between our two households, which are located across a shared driveway from each other. There will always be a parent working from home in each household, but we respect and value our nanny's expertise and understand the importance of leaving them to do their job.
