Summer Nanny Needed In West Seattle, PT: 25hrs/week

Hello caregivers! We are a W. Sea family looking for part-time, flexible summer care for our baby girl (born 2/9/24), approx 25hrs/wk 6/3 - 8/30/24. Days are flex. A likely scenario is 3 weekdays for 8-9 hours each day ideally w/ flexibility. Ex: 9am-5 p.m. or 12-8 p.m. What we're looking for: A patient, kind caregiver who has experience with young babies. Our girl will be 4 months old when this role begins. Interested in someone who understands baby milestones and who can help foster a healthy play and sleep schedule. Also looking for assistance w/ some household tasks such as laundry & meal prep. Looking for a self-starter, someone who can anticipate needs, w/ an open/direct comm style. About us: We are an energetic family of 4 with an open and direct comm style. Older sis is 2. 5 (at daycare). Both parents WFH w/ occasional in-office days.
