Full-time Summer Nanny For Fun 5-year-old

We are looking for a summer nanny for our sweet 5-year-old son. This position could extend full time through the summer and/or part-time regular hours once the school year starts. Our son loves to play outside (no matter the weather). He loves reading books, watching favorite Disney movies, and playing with his many toys. He is autistic and has some challenges with communication and direction following. He needs a patient but firm caregiver who can help him continue to grow his social skills. We're looking for someone who has a deep passion for helping kids thrive. Knowledge in special education, speech therapy, or occupational therapy would be highly desirable, but not required.
