Nanny Needed For Share

We're two families seeking an experienced nanny for share for two 6-month-old infants. Our families have each lived in the neighborhood for some time and met through a local group. We're located a few minutes away from one another, and we'll likely split time between the two homes. In either case, one parent will typically be working from home in a separate part of the house. We're looking to pay $30-40/hour depending on experience and other factors, and plan to offer guaranteed hours and other benefits. Our ideal candidate would have infant and nanny share experience; be up to date/certified on CPR and first aid; be up to date on vaccinations (TDAP, MMR, Flu and COVID); consent to a background check; and come with prior references.
