We are two neighboring families in Lynnwood seeking a caring and reliable nanny for a nanny-share arrangement. Both babies will be around 78 months old at the start date. We are looking for someone with experience caring for two infants at the same time, ideally with twin or nanny-share experience. Our nanny should be comfortable around animals, as both homes have dogs and cats, and must be a non-smoker. Clear and open communication with parents is very important to us. This is a part-time position from mornings to early afternoon. The schedule can be Monday through Friday or Monday through Thursday, depending on the final arrangement. Hours and exact timing are flexible for the right fit.
