Backup / On-Call Infant Nanny - Lynnwood (Alderwood) Seeking experienced infant caregiver to join a small on-call list when our primary nanny is unavailable. Start Jan 2026. Potential shifts: Tues 8-5, Thurs 8-5, Fri 10-4, often with same-day notice. Parents work from home. Pay: $30-$35/hr via Venmo + paid 4-hr working interview. Requirements: • Proven newborn/infant experience • Infant CPR/First Aid (required) • Vaccinated (Tdap/Flu/COVID/MMR) • Family references • Non-smoker, fragrance-free • Comfortable with cats (2 in home) & cameras Duties: Feeding, burping, safe sleep, soothing, diapers, baby laundry, age-appropriate play, handling breastmilk, cleaning/sterilizing bottles & pump parts, comfortable with contact naps.
