As parents, we value warmth, clear communication, dependability, and accountability in a candidate. Schedule: 3 evenings/week, typically 4:30-9:30 p.m. (ex: Tue/Thu/Sun, with flexibility). Responsibilities include simple meals, engaging play, crafts, outdoor time, bath/bedtime, and light child-related tidying. We have two cats and cameras in shared areas for safety.
